Description
The Guest Experience Associate is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and fun environment for children and families. This role involves supervising play areas, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining facility standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in children and parents with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Host birthday parties and special events, ensuring an enjoyable experience for guests.
- Monitor safety in play areas, making sure safety rules are followed at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire facility, including restrooms, play equipment, and party rooms—keeping them sanitized, neat, and fully stocked.
- Sell snacks and beverages to customers while providing great customer service.
- Work a flexible schedule, with options of mornings, afternoons, weekdays, and/or weekends.
Perform duties with a positive attitude and ensure the atmosphere remains fun and engaging for children and families.
