Connect
It’s so valuable for job seekers to find others who know the Word of God and who will stand in faith with them until the promises of God are realized. There are plenty of people who think they’re qualified to offer advice to job seekers, but so many of them do not, as a habit, meditate in the Word of God, nor do they have His mind on the matter. Surround yourself with those who really do walk in faith and who show the fruit of it in their lives. Just as importantly, avoid people who discourage, demean or distract you. Now is truly a time when you need to guard your heart and your mind. Stay far away from anyone who is not intent on encouraging your walk with the Lord.

- By faith I receive the blessing of others to encourage and support me.
- I trust the Holy Spirit to alert me to any voice that does not align with God’s Word and I refuse to listen to ungodly counsel.
