SDR - Sales Development Representative
Are you a student or retiree looking for flexible part-time work, real-world experience, and impact?
Brian Newman Insurance Agency (your local Farmers® agency) is looking for friendly, reliable part-time team members to join our sales team and help us connect with former and new customers in the McKinney / DFW area.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to existing customers, former customers, and warm leads
- Schedule appointments
- Help people protect what matters most (auto, home, business, life & more)
- Work from our office at 2001 Auburn Hills Parkway, Suite 204, McKinney

Requirements
- Minimum high school age (16+)
- Clear speaking voice and friendly personality
- Reliable and on time
- Trainable and open to feedback and continuous learning approach
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Ability to work a few mornings, afternoons, or evenings per week
