Description

Experience GuideStone!

We are an innovative organization that invests in the spiritual, relational, financial, physical and professional development of our employees. We have a culture that values excellence, teamwork, humility, integrity, compassion and stewardship.

What We Offer You!

We offer employees a generous benefits package, flexible work schedules, the opportunity to be involved in community outreach and tuition reimbursement.

The Mission

For over 100 years, GuideStone has sought to come alongside evangelical ministries to enhance the financial security and resiliency of those serving “on the spiritual frontlines” in America and around the world.

GuideStone’s Investments group is a dynamic and fast-growing part of our enterprise. With over $23 billion in assets under management1, we offer a comprehensive suite of innovative investment solutions for both individual and institutional investors. Our team of portfolio management, operations, compliance, legal and sales professionals is unified under a common purpose — to change the world through Christian investing.

The Job

The Investment Operations Analyst is a critical part of our team. This person will have a range of responsibilities — data validation, records retention, report and presentation management, database development and account trading — and will work closely with experienced investment, operations and compliance specialists on a daily basis.

The Requirements

First and foremost, we want you to be an active member of an evangelical Christian church. GuideStone is, at its heart, a faith-based ministry that serves other faith-based ministries — our employees share this passion.

Beyond that, a Bachelor’s Degree is a requirement. Ideally, you will also have a desire to pursue an advanced level of education and/or obtain certifications that will expand your knowledge of the investment management industry. Clear communication is essential to success, as is strong attention to detail and a commitment to working with a very high degree of accuracy. Organizational skills are key, and you must demonstrate an ownership mindset and problem-solving approach on every project assigned to you.

The Benefit To You

This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to learn the business of a high-quality institutional asset management firm. Every day, you will work with a team of highly skilled individuals who have deep knowledge, proven experience and a steadfast desire to serve God’s Kingdom. What’s more, this position offers many career paths for ambitious, hard-working individuals that contribute to the work we do.

If this sounds like a professional environment you want to be a part of, let’s talk.
