Serve Team Manager

Description

World Gospel Outreach is looking for the right person to join our team as the Ranch Serve Team Manager at Rancho Ebenezer in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The Serve Team (ST) Manager will be responsible for overseeing, managing and supervising all aspects of visiting serve teams at Rancho Ebenezer. They will be expected to organize projects and activities for serve teams and ensure logistics and communications are well established for teams. The Ranch ST manager will work in tandem with managers at the Mission House and Rancho Ebenezer as well as the Manager of Serve Teams in the United States. They will also develop and maintain relationships with church leaders from the community. 

 

 

Requirement

Required Skills/Abilities include:

• Be a born again believer in Jesus Christ
• Bi-lingual, being fluent in both Spanish and English, or willing to learn
• Sensitivity to cultural differences and issues that may arise
• Understanding of Microsoft Word or equivalent software
• Good administrative skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Strong leadership skills, including spiritual skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility in seeing different viewpoints and open to changing plans

 

 

Education, Experience & Other

• Be a U.S. citizen
• Experience in project management and organization
