Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Hours Available)
Compensation: $17-$19 per hour + performance-based incentives

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, personable, and motivated individual to join our team as both a Pet Waste Removal Technician and Referral Marketing Coordinator. This hybrid role involves providing top-notch service in the field while also helping us grow through grassroots and referral-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Referral & Community Marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with local pet owners, dog parks, HOAs, groomers, pet stores, and veterinary offices to increase referrals
- Distribute flyers, door hangers, yard signs, and branded materials in target neighborhoods
- Represent the brand at community events, pet-related expos, and meetups
- Collect feedback and ideas from customers and the community to improve outreach
- Track and report on referral program success and outreach efforts
Pet Waste Removal (Fieldwork)
- Drive a designated route to residential and/or commercial clients’ properties
- Remove pet waste from yards using proper tools and sanitation practices
- Maintain professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude while on-site
- Track and report service completion using mobile software (training provided)
- Keep equipment and company vehicle (if applicable) clean and stocked

Requirement
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 1 year of pet handling experience or pet ownership experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and walk for extended periods, ability to work in all weather conditions
- Smartphone proficiency (for route apps and communication)
- Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus—but not required
- Weekend availability or flexible hours is a bonus
- Must be 19 years old with 2 years of driving experience.
