Part Time Service Specialist

Description

1099 Part Time Position pays $16/hour plus .67/mile 

Accounts to be serviced are in North Dallas and the surrounding area. 

The position involves installing and servicing equipment and replacing refills for the products we provide to commercial customers — such as Air Care, Grease Trap and Lift Station Maintainers, Laundry Detergent Pumps, and Dilution Systems.

· Provide quality service for assigned accounts — including system maintenance, product inventory, service logs, and troubleshooting.

· Perform system installations, routine maintenance, and service.

· Respond quickly to equipment issues and ensure timely resolutions.

· Record service results electronically and communicate updates to our Sales Team.

· Represent our company with professionalism and uphold our brand standards.

· Stay informed on product knowledge and service options.

· Track time, mileage, and expenses accurately; and fill out time/expense form.

Requirement

 High school diploma or GED.

· Experience working with mechanical equipment (advanced training provided).

· Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Exceptional ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs quickly and accurately.

· Reliable transportation for travel to customer sites.

· Ability to work independently with support from your supervisor.
