Position Description

TriTech is looking for a diligent and confidential Human Resources & Accounting Assistant to support the human resources and accounting departments and to provide employee benefits administration. In this role you will represent TriTech to employees, potential applicants, and vendors. While the main focus will be on human resources administration including benefits, policies, hiring, and employee data management, you will also represent the company in recruitment efforts and assist the accounting department in vendor relationships.

Requirements

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist in various accounting functions as needed

• Respond to customer and vendor questions

• Administer company benefit plans

• Represent the company at job fairs and with external recruiters

• Coordinate job board/social media postings and communications

• Process employment applications

• Coordinate applicant interview process with departmental leadership

• Facilitate company offer letters

• Oversee new hire onboarding

• Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized persons

• Develop company policies

• Perform research to ensure policy and practices are compliant

• Compile data from personnel records and prepare reports

• Prepare and file reports of accidents and injuries at establishment

• Other duties as needed or required

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Previous human resources or recruiting experience preferred

• Familiarity with financial management and general accounting principles

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts

• Demonstrates excellent relationship management

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Upholds ethical conduct and confidentiality

• Thorough and detail oriented
